i live in a foriegn country
i think we must not name the prostitution as a problem
caz it is a relity in all societies but it has some flactuation in some episode
so i think the best solution for this social problem is black houses
caz in there the ppl understand that they are under medical control and they are legal other wise if we refuse these black houses the whores will be dispread every where and make tha problems that iran is face to it
