اشاره: آنچه در ادامه می آيد، يک مورد از اختلاس و سوء استفاده در شرکت مخابراتی روشن می باشد که در گزارش سال 1384 رياست عمومی مستقل مبارزه با ارتشا و فساد اداری به رييس جمهور کرزی به آن اشاره شده است. اين گزارش متاسفانه در اختيار رسانه ها قرار نگرفته و کابل پرس? برای نخستين بار آن را بدون کم و کاست در اختيار افکار عمومی قرار می دهد. کابل پرس معتقد است که افشای چنين اسنادی جرم نبوده و بلکه حق مسلم مردم می باشد. برای موارد اختلاس به گزارش اين رياست، در کابل پرس بخش جداگانه ای باز شده که ما به مرور آن را نشر می کنيم.

در حدود (500000) پنجصد هزار سيم کارت باالوسيله کمپنی روشن به قيمت فی سيم کارت مبلغ (2750000$) دو مليون و هفتصد و پنجاه هزار دالر آمريکايی را نشان می ذهذ، از دارايی اين ملت مظلوم به نفع خويش سوء استفاده نموده، ارقام دقيق فروش سيم کارت توسط هيات محترم تحقيق و تثبيت خواهد گرديد.

Dear brothers and sister, Mr.Karzai allways turns blind eyes and this makes our suspecion more that he might have links with them if not then why he is not taking strong action against those who are looting the nation property he promised to the nation to stop corruptons etc where is those promises? how long needs more time this poor nation to suffer and how much more time needs those corruptted authorties to fill thier pockets for the sake of Allah enough is enough nothing left for this nation all is looted bye a few corruptted people so once again we call on Mr.President to wake up and do not let this nation to suffer any more and stop hiring your friend or people with refrences just count on the nation and ask help from Allah and do your best time is flying and chances are going to be reduced

I Think this government has become extremely corrupt and it is not possible to correct things and save it from enormous corruption and mismanagemnet. Mr Karzi seems to be a very naiv and incapable person, a total failure. The only alternative is the resignation of Karzi and his friends and a new election. Afghanistan needs a system where a Prime Minister should be responsible for the affairs of the state and to answer to Parliment. A president with enormouse power didn’t seem to be a good system of government in Afghanistan. If he still ignores the problems which his government faces and continue to smile at problems as if nothing is happening, then the people and the Parliment should force him to resign.
